The Role

Serve as a registration staff member for the US Open office at the Hilton Midtown New York for meetings and VIP events. This front-facing role is vital in delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring seamless check-in processes for attendees.
- Welcome and check in guests, VIPs, and stakeholders with professionalism and warmth.
Manage registration materials, credentials, and event information at the US Open hospitality desk. - Provide accurate information and assistance to guests regarding schedules, transportation, and logistics.
- Support event staff and leadership with on-site coordination as needed.
- Maintain a polished, organized, and efficient registration area.

- Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication, both verbal and written.
- Previous event, hospitality, or guest services experience preferred.
- Ability to work early mornings, long shifts, and a flexible schedule.
- Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and commitment to high-touch hospitality.
- Availability to work staggered shifts or full-time throughout the 3-week US Open period.
