The Role

Dates: August 16(training), August 18, 2025 – September 8, 2025 

Must be available to work a one-week period; specific dates will be assigned within this timeframe.

Multiple positions available

 

Serve as a staff member for the President’s Suite Check-in office at USTA BJK NTC. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience for VIPs, dignitaries, and special guests throughout the tournament.

 

  • Greet and check in VIP guests with professionalism, discretion, and warmth.
  • Manage credential distribution, guest lists, and suite access protocols.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest check-in and resolve any issues with efficiency and poise.
  • Provide timely and courteous assistance to guests regarding logistics and amenities.
  • Ensure the check-in area remains organized, polished, and guest-ready at all times.
  • Collaborate with event operations, security, and suite staff to ensure a coordinated VIP experience.

  • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
  • Professional communication skills and discretion in high-profile settings.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, events, or guest services preferred.
  • Ability to work long shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
    Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and dedication to high-touch hospitality.
  • Flexible availability for staggered shifts or full-time coverage.
