The Role

Must be available to work a one-week period; specific dates will be assigned within this timeframe.
Multiple positions available
Serve as a staff member for the President’s Suite Check-in office at USTA BJK NTC. This role is critical in delivering a seamless and elevated guest experience for VIPs, dignitaries, and special guests throughout the tournament.
- Greet and check in VIP guests with professionalism, discretion, and warmth.
- Manage credential distribution, guest lists, and suite access protocols.
- Maintain accurate records of guest check-in and resolve any issues with efficiency and poise.
- Provide timely and courteous assistance to guests regarding logistics and amenities.
- Ensure the check-in area remains organized, polished, and guest-ready at all times.
- Collaborate with event operations, security, and suite staff to ensure a coordinated VIP experience.

- Prior experience in hospitality, events, or guest services preferred.
- Ability to work long shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
