The Role

The Suite Leader is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and oversight of the USTA Suite in Armstrong Stadium during the US Open. This role combines operational coordination with high-touch hospitality to ensure an exceptional guest experience. As the primary point of contact in the suite, the Suite Leader manages guest flow, monitors attendance, and supports the overall suite environment with professionalism and poise.

  • Serve as the on-site leader for the USTA Suite in Armstrong Stadium, overseeing all aspects of suite operations during assigned sessions.
  • Manage guest check-in, ticketing, and capacity to ensure seamless access and compliance with suite guidelines.
  • Greet and host suite guests, offering personalized service and anticipating guest needs throughout the session.
  • Provide seat assistance and directional guidance within Armstrong Stadium.
  • Serve as a knowledgeable resource for general US Open information, ensuring guests feel welcomed and informed.
  • Liaise with guest services, security, and operations teams to resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Maintain a polished, professional atmosphere within the suite, upholding the highest standards of hospitality.

 

Who You Are

  • Proven leadership and customer service experience, preferably in events, hospitality, or guest services.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Professional demeanor with the ability to interact confidently with VIP guests and stakeholders.
  • Availability to work long shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
  • Positive, team-oriented attitude and commitment to high-touch hospitality.
  • Flexible availability for staggered shifts or consistent coverage.
