The Role
As a Suite Host in Armstrong Stadium, you will be an essential part of the guest experience, providing warm hospitality and on-the-ground support to all suite attendees. Your role will include welcoming guests, assisting with logistics, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable visit for every guest.
- Warmly welcome and host all suite guests during their designated sessions in Armstrong Stadium.
- Assist guests in locating their seats and navigating the stadium.
- Respond to general US Open inquiries and provide helpful, accurate information.
- Support suite operations by assisting with ticket assignments and maintaining up-to-date guest lists.
- Collaborate with the suite leadership and broader event team to ensure seamless execution of all guest services.

- Ability to remain flexible and composed in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Prior experience in events, hospitality, or guest services is a plus.
