The Player Services Desk Concierge serves as a frontline ambassador. This role requires exceptional customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a wide range of player-facing tasks with discretion and professionalism. The Concierge supports daily operations in the Player Lounge and Garden while responding to player needs efficiently.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to players by assisting with a variety of requests, including ticketing support, stitcher coordination, and general player relations.
- Apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address and resolve player inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Player Lounge and Player Garden to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support the service and upkeep of Player Boxes, including restocking beverages and snacks and monitoring seat assignments as directed by the Supervisor.
- Collaborate with Player Services staff and supervisors to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a consistent standard of excellence in all player interactions.

- Strong problem-solving abilities and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Highly organized with attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining a polished player-facing space.
- Experience in hospitality, guest services, or event operations preferred.
- Ability to maintain discretion and professionalism when interacting with high-profile individuals.
Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and long tournament days.
