The Role 

Dates: August 21, 2025 - August 24, 2025

Multiple positions available

You will be working on site at AAKD on court with coach developers, section staff, other USTA employees and volunteers to deliver tennis activities and a fun experience to youth. In this position you will be working on court and will be the lead for communicating, helping to train and ensuring the wellbeing of all volunteers on court. You will assist the court leader with tennis training and lead scheduling breaks, uniform distribution, attendance, clean up and giving out meal cards once everything is complete.

• Proven ability to lead, communicate effectively, and provide clear direction to others
• Strong passion for the sport of tennis and a desire to contribute to its growth and accessibility
• Previous on-court or coaching experience is a plus, but not required
