The Role 

Dates: August 21, 2025 - August 24, 2025

You will be working on site at AAKD off court to help ensure all off court activities are running smoothly and that your volunteers are taken care of. In this position you will be the lead for communicating, helping to train, ensuring the wellbeing of all volunteers and other duties such as scheduling breaks, uniform distribution, attendance, clean up and giving out meal cards once everything is complete. 

Who You Are

• Energetic, positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to assist across a variety of tasks as needed
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and provide direction
• Genuine passion for tennis and enthusiasm for creating a positive on-court experience
• On-court or coaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience supporting event operations, including managing court flow, maintaining line control, and working with children in dynamic environments
