The Role

This year at AAKD, we are looking to implement a few new on court initiatives for the youth to participate in. These initiatives may include having youth hit with pros after their practice time, youth hitting with last year's champions and having youth be ball kids for parts of player practices. This position will be responsible for helping and leading these initiatives within operations, helping with line control, communication, guidance of kids, operations on court, etc. These initiatives are currently TBD and more information will be shared when available.

Who You Are 

• Energetic, positive attitude with a team-first mentality
• Proactive and flexible, with a willingness to assist across a variety of tasks as needed
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, including the ability to communicate clearly and provide direction
• Genuine passion for tennis and enthusiasm for creating a positive on-court experience
• On-court or coaching experience is a plus, but not required
• Experience supporting event operations, including managing court flow, maintaining line control, and working with children in dynamic environments
