The USTA Membership MOD serves as a key point of contact for the public, handling sensitive information and promoting USTA membership offerings for players and coaches. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule in a fast-paced environment.
- Greet and interact with members of the public, including adult players, juniors, and coaches, in a professional and welcoming manner.
- Accurately check in members while handling and safeguarding personally identifiable information (PII).
- Stay informed about and clearly communicate USTA membership offerings and benefits for both players and coaches.
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Customer Care team as needed.
- Assist with staff scheduling
Who You Are
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity when handling personal information.
- Customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced setting.
- Ability to learn and communicate membership offerings clearly and confidently.
- Flexible and reliable, with availability for varied shifts throughout the tournament.
