The Role 

Dates: August 18, 2025 - September 7, 2025

Must be available to work a one-week period; specific dates will be assigned within this timeframe. Morning Session 9:00am-3:00pm

The USTA Red Ball Activation MOD serves as a key point of contact for the public. This role requires strong customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to manage a dynamic schedule in a fast-paced environment.

• Greet and interact with members of the public, including adult players, juniors, and coaches, in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Assist with staff scheduling

Who You Are

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of integrity when handling personal information.
• Customer service experience preferred, especially in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to learn and communicate membership offerings clearly and confidently.
• Flexible and reliable, with availability for varied shifts throughout the tournament.
